Download of PFO Stripes for Wordpress 2.7

I have been using the PFO Stripes theme for one of my Wordpress blogs. It is a very nice looking and clean template. It was even listed as one of the 100 Excellent Free Wordpress themes. However, since I am now using Wordpress version 2.7, this theme seems old because it does not reflect the changes and updates that version 2.7 has to offer.

I am thinking if a few things can be fixed so the theme can be reflecting changes by Wordpress 2.7, this would be a perfect theme 3-column blue layout template. Things that can be changed includes:

threading for comments which will make this theme look so much better.
sticky post can be highlighted at the top of the page

If anybody has seen an PFO Stripes theme for Wordpress 2.7 or better yet a downloadable one, please let me know.
