I got spoofed on my phone by a friend recently. It sucks. I hate that voice changer. My friend was using 123 Spoof. What 123Spoof allows you to do is change your call ID number. Is it the end of customer service? Is it the direct effect of the current credit crunch?

I am not sure to laugh or to be sad but it definitely turned me off from getting any deal from this company. This is what they have written on their Delivery and Orders page:

NOTE: Any cancellation, refund or exchange cases where the customer is rude to staff, abuses them or threatens, will be overseen by a company executive, cancelled and ignored. All rights of cancellation, refund and/or exchange will no longer apply ie. a refund will no longer be made and emails will be disregarded. GC’s PC’s strongly objects to customers who are rude and does not tolerate any of the stated above. GC’s PC’s will act against these issues with all its power to ensure the well-being of staff and our customers.
